U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Uses OP3 to Link Primavera Enterprise and Oracle Projects

OP3 helps project and financial managers prevent cost overruns and improve scheduling by integrating accounting and scheduling software.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Half Moon Bay, CA and Philadelphia, PA, January 21, 2003 – The U.S Army Corps of Engineers will reduce project cost overruns and optimize resource scheduling as a result of implementing OP3, a new interface designed to integrate Primavera Enterprise® and the Projects module of the Oracle® E-Business Suite. Project Partners, LLC developed OP3 to specifically address the integration needs of customers requiring a quick and easy-to-deploy interface between Primavera scheduling software and Oracle’s project accounting system.

“Oracle Projects provides us with exceptional accounting, costing and billing functionality, but it lacks the activity and resource scheduling capabilities we require to effectively manage our many projects. By using OP3 to link Oracle Projects and Primavera Enterprise, we are able to quickly transfer information back and forth between applications.
